☆ Parameters and technical ability :Simulated shafting consists of five rotors and nine lubricating journal bearings, matching with the overall dimensions of spring foundation: Length 6m, Width 2m, Height 2.8m; simulated shafting consist of six rotors and eight journal bearings, matching with the overall dimensions of conventional foundation: 4.8m,1.6m,2.5m. Maximum designed rotational speed: 15000rpm; it is the only simulation test rig for researching the dynamic characteristics of multi-rotor and bearing system with spring foundation at the high-rotational-speed in China at present.
☆ Allowable research work :Simulation test research of dynamic response of shafting and spring foundation system of high-capacity half-speed nuclear power generation units, research of vibration isolation performance test of spring and modal test of spring base, and verification test research of dynamic characteristics calculation and analysis model of shafting and bearing pedestal with different type of foundations and relevant design guidelines for of steam turbine generator unit’s shafting with corresponding foundation. |
