The high-temperature steam oxidization and high-temperature flue gas ash corrosion of materials are the major problems for supercritical and ultra-supercritical units. Stress corrosion and stress corrosion fatigue are also common problems for nuclear power stations. The corrosion test room is based on engineering applications. It carries out the corrosion test of metal materials in the flow steam and high-temperature flue gas ash environment with ultra-supercritical parameters, performs the stress corrosion and stress corrosion fatigue tests in simulated service environments and researches the rules and control and protection methods for high-temperature corrosion and mechanical-chemical corrosion of materials.
