☆ Parameters and technical level :The high-temperature creepage fatigue bursting test room is able to withstand the explosion shock load of 0.8MPa and it is the largest bursting test room in the industry in China at present. The high-temperature creepage fatigue bursting test system is able to carry out the high-temperature creepage fatigue bursting test of pressure-bearing components with the wall temperature of 700℃ and the internal pressure of 40MPa. The designed pressure of 800MPa ultra-high pressure test system is 1000MPa and its maximum operating pressure is 800MPa. The internal pressure + external load fatigue test system allows the maximum operating pressure of 31.5MPa for internal pressure and the externally-applied load of 300kN. For the normal temperature hydraulic test systems, the maximum pressure of one set of system can reach 200MPa and the maximum pressure of the other set of system can reach 600MPa. The temperature difference of control test piece of system can reach 50℃. The test stand reaches the domestic advanced level.
☆ Allowable research work :Test research on strength and life of the pressure-bearing components including boiler drum, steam-water separator, header, attemperator, pipes, tubes, tee joints, elbows , etc. of power station boilers with various parameters, and test research on internal pressure and fatigue strength of the equipment for internal pressure, fatigue, air-tightness and stress measurement of pressure-bearing components; test research on internal pressure and high temperature creepage and fatigue test of pressure-bearing components; test research on fatigue of pressure-bearing components with internal pressure plus external load; test research on thermal stress of pressure-bearing components; technical bases can be provided for safe operation of pressure-bearing components of boilers with various parameters. Research and test verification of key technology for safe service of pressure-bearing components for power stations and chemical industry during full lifetime.
