記者(zhe)9日從(cong)西安交通(tong)(tong)大學獲悉,該校電(dian)力設備(bei)電(dian)氣(qi)絕(jue)緣國(guo)家重點實驗室成永紅(hong)教(jiao)授(shou)課題(ti)組(zu)通(tong)(tong)過研究(jiu)環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂分(fen)子結構特(te)征、宏(hong)觀(guan)電(dian)場下(xia)極化(hua)(hua)機(ji)制及(ji)高溫(wen)儲能性能三者(zhe)的影響作用(yong)機(ji)制,創新的設計了(le)非對稱聚醚(mi)胺(an)-脂環(huan)胺(an)分(fen)子鏈(lian)(lian)結構,合成制出目前儲能密(mi)度最(zui)大值耐高溫(wen)柔性環(huan)氧(yang)薄膜,其相關研究(jiu)成果以《非對稱脂環(huan)胺(an)-聚醚(mi)胺(an)分(fen)子鏈(lian)(lian)結構提(ti)高高溫(wen)聚合物薄膜電(dian)容的儲能密(mi)度》為題(ti),近日在(zai)(zai)國(guo)際化(hua)(hua)學工(gong)程領(ling)域頂級(ji)期刊《化(hua)(hua)學工(gong)程》在(zai)(zai)線發表(biao)。

有機薄(bo)膜電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)因其超快的(de)充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)速度(du)(du)、極(ji)高(gao)的(de)功(gong)率(lv)密度(du)(du)、高(gao)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓、低(di)損耗等特點,成為重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)功(gong)率(lv)型儲能(neng)器件,在智能(neng)配網儲能(neng)、直流輸電(dian)(dian)、新能(neng)源汽(qi)車交直流變(bian)換等領域發(fa)揮了重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)作用(yong)。隨著功(gong)率(lv)型電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)子(zi)設備運(yun)行負荷的(de)不斷增加(jia)以(yi)及小型化(hua)集成化(hua)的(de)發(fa)展趨勢,薄(bo)膜電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)的(de)運(yun)行溫度(du)(du)將不斷升高(gao)。開發(fa)高(gao)儲能(neng)密度(du)(du)、高(gao)儲能(neng)效率(lv)、高(gao)運(yun)行溫度(du)(du)的(de)有機薄(bo)膜電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)對于進一步提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)網的(de)穩定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和可靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)具有重(zhong)(zhong)要意義。圍繞上述需求,國(guo)內外學者(zhe)開展了大量的(de)研究,盡管在性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)方面(mian)取得(de)了重(zhong)(zhong)要突破,不過(guo)受制于成本、加(jia)工(gong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和穩定(ding)(ding)可靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)等因素,開發(fa)的(de)高(gao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)薄(bo)膜電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)材料往(wang)往(wang)難以(yi)實現工(gong)業化(hua)應用(yong)。
西安交大(da)成永紅教授(shou)課題(ti)組針對這一領(ling)域的(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)狀,從最(zui)常見的(de)(de)(de)(de)易加工、低成本的(de)(de)(de)(de)電介質(zhi)材(cai)料-環氧樹(shu)脂出發,通過研究(jiu)環氧樹(shu)脂分子結(jie)構(gou)特征、宏觀電場(chang)下(xia)(xia)極化機制及高溫(wen)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)三者的(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)作用機制,創新的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計了非對稱聚醚胺(an)-脂環胺(an)分子鏈結(jie)構(gou),并基于目(mu)前工業應用最(zui)廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)雙酚A型環氧樹(shu)脂。該薄(bo)膜不僅成本低廉、耐(nai)熱(re)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)和機械(xie)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)優異,同時具備優異的(de)(de)(de)(de)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)。環氧薄(bo)膜在(zai)(zai)工作場(chang)強(qiang)550 MV/m、儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)率(lv)90%下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)密度達到了9.12 J/cm3,是目(mu)前已知純聚合物薄(bo)膜在(zai)(zai)相同電場(chang)和儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)率(lv)下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)密度最(zui)大(da)值(zhi)。經過充(chong)放電循環測試,證明該材(cai)料不僅能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠在(zai)(zai)120℃下(xia)(xia)長期穩定運行,還具備優異的(de)(de)(de)(de)擊穿自愈性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng),確保其在(zai)(zai)工業應用中的(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定性(xing)和可靠性(xing)。
