記者(zhe)9日從西安交(jiao)通大學獲悉,該校電力設備電氣(qi)絕緣國(guo)(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)點實驗室(shi)成永紅教(jiao)授課題組通過研(yan)究(jiu)環(huan)氧樹脂分(fen)子結構(gou)特征、宏觀電場下極化機制及高溫儲能性能三者(zhe)的影響作用機制,創新的設計了非對(dui)稱聚醚胺(an)-脂環(huan)胺(an)分(fen)子鏈結構(gou),合(he)(he)成制出目前儲能密度(du)最大值耐高溫柔性環(huan)氧薄膜(mo),其(qi)相關研(yan)究(jiu)成果以《非對(dui)稱脂環(huan)胺(an)-聚醚胺(an)分(fen)子鏈結構(gou)提高高溫聚合(he)(he)物薄膜(mo)電容的儲能密度(du)》為題,近日在(zai)國(guo)(guo)際化學工程領域頂級(ji)期刊《化學工程》在(zai)線發表。

有機(ji)薄(bo)膜電(dian)容(rong)因其(qi)超快的(de)(de)充放電(dian)速度(du)(du)、極高(gao)的(de)(de)功率(lv)密度(du)(du)、高(gao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓、低損耗等(deng)特點,成為(wei)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)功率(lv)型儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)器件,在智能(neng)(neng)(neng)配(pei)網儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)、直流(liu)輸電(dian)、新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源汽車(che)交直流(liu)變換等(deng)領域(yu)發揮了重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。隨著功率(lv)型電(dian)力電(dian)子(zi)設備運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)負荷的(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)增加以(yi)及小型化集成化的(de)(de)發展趨勢,薄(bo)膜電(dian)容(rong)的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)溫(wen)度(du)(du)將(jiang)不(bu)斷(duan)升高(gao)。開(kai)發高(gao)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)密度(du)(du)、高(gao)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)效率(lv)、高(gao)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)溫(wen)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)有機(ji)薄(bo)膜電(dian)容(rong)對(dui)于進一步提高(gao)電(dian)網的(de)(de)穩(wen)定性和可靠性具有重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)意義。圍繞上述需求,國內(nei)外學者開(kai)展了大量的(de)(de)研究(jiu),盡(jin)管(guan)在性能(neng)(neng)(neng)方面取(qu)得了重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)突(tu)破(po),不(bu)過受制(zhi)于成本、加工(gong)(gong)性和穩(wen)定可靠性等(deng)因素,開(kai)發的(de)(de)高(gao)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)薄(bo)膜電(dian)容(rong)材料往(wang)(wang)往(wang)(wang)難以(yi)實現工(gong)(gong)業(ye)化應用(yong)。
西安交大成(cheng)(cheng)永紅(hong)教授課題組針對(dui)這一領(ling)域的(de)(de)(de)(de)現狀,從最常(chang)見(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)易(yi)加工(gong)、低(di)成(cheng)(cheng)本的(de)(de)(de)(de)電介(jie)質(zhi)材料(liao)-環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)樹(shu)(shu)脂出發,通(tong)過(guo)研究環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)樹(shu)(shu)脂分子(zi)結(jie)(jie)構特征、宏觀電場(chang)下(xia)極化機制(zhi)及高溫儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)三(san)者的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響作(zuo)用機制(zhi),創新的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計了非對(dui)稱聚醚胺-脂環(huan)(huan)胺分子(zi)鏈(lian)結(jie)(jie)構,并基于目前(qian)工(gong)業應(ying)(ying)用最廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)雙(shuang)酚A型(xing)環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)樹(shu)(shu)脂。該薄(bo)(bo)膜不僅成(cheng)(cheng)本低(di)廉(lian)、耐熱性能(neng)(neng)(neng)和(he)機械(xie)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)優異,同時(shi)具(ju)備優異的(de)(de)(de)(de)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)。環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)薄(bo)(bo)膜在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)場(chang)強550 MV/m、儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效率90%下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)密度(du)(du)達到了9.12 J/cm3,是目前(qian)已知純(chun)聚合物薄(bo)(bo)膜在(zai)(zai)相同電場(chang)和(he)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效率下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)密度(du)(du)最大值。經(jing)過(guo)充放電循環(huan)(huan)測(ce)試,證明該材料(liao)不僅能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)在(zai)(zai)120℃下(xia)長期穩定運行,還具(ju)備優異的(de)(de)(de)(de)擊穿自(zi)愈性能(neng)(neng)(neng),確保其在(zai)(zai)工(gong)業應(ying)(ying)用中的(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定性和(he)可(ke)靠(kao)性。
